Limited Warranty

What’s covered

Every DICTAC frame carries a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal household use, including welds, frame integrity, drawer glides and the electrical components (LED strips, charging modules) we supply.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear, scratches and cosmetic marks from everyday use
• Damage from misuse, overloading beyond the rated weight, or improper assembly
• Products modified from their original design
• Damage from moisture, extreme heat or outdoor use

How to claim

Email [email protected] with your order number, a short description and photos of the issue. Most claims are resolved with free replacement parts; where a part can’t solve it, we’ll replace the item.
